A type high speed bunching machine
1. Characters:
With high rotation speed, with constant tension from empty bobbin to full bobbin, with superior quality for twist wire, the machine is driven by synchronization strap. Only need to change the capstan wheel to change the pitch, easy to operate.
2. Usage:
It is applied to the twisting of above 7 pcs of bare copper wires, tinned wires, silver jacketed wires and enamelled wires and double twisting for core wires.
3. Technic parameters:- Usage: It is applied to the twisting of copper wire.
3.Outer diameter of wire: φ0. 75 ~φ 3.2 mm
Twist square meters:0. 40 - 6.0 mm2
4.Size of take up spool: φ 63 0mm× 4 75mm×φ56mm(according to client's drawings to make).
6. Maximum rotating speed: 16 00RPM
7.Type of traverse: φ 3 0mm rolling ring traverse, winding pitch and breadth are adjustable.
8. Standard lay length: 11.48 ~ 100 mm (enclose list of standard lay length).
